Identity
Statement
The Well exists to provide a place for women in all stages
of life to come and experience the transfoming, accepting,
loving grace of
Jesus
Christ. In John 4, Jesus revealed himself to the Samaritan woman and
invited her to drink from living water,
“…but
whoever drinks of the water that I will give her will become
in her a spring of water
welling up to eternal life”
Just
as Jesus fully accepted and loved the Samaritan woman, at The
Well we invite women to come and
drink deeply
from his living water and to encounter His power and love through
worship, the study of His word, and in the context of friendship
with other
women.
Mission Statement
The purpose of the Women’s Ministry at Centre Pointe Church
is to encourage women to become and continue to be wholehearted
disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our goal is that each woman intimately
know the heavenly Father, lovingly relate to one another, and
advance the gospel in family and community.
We accomplish these goals through equipping and outreach events
such as Bible studies, creative fellowship meetings, annual retreats,
and
special events.
